10 Ingredients to Power Up your WATER

Make your water powerful

What’s in a glass of water? We say, a glass full of life, health and glowing skin. Whether you want to lose weight, gain more strength or just turn back the hands of time, water is an integral part of every weight-loss and fitness plans. From gym trainers to diet councilors, every piece of advice invariably has “you should drink more water” at its core. Of course, this looks surprisingly simple but don’t let the simplicity of water overshadow its multiple health benefits.

Water is sickness fighter, brain hydrator, fatigue buster, productivity booster, kidney helper and muscle fuel.

While water is a source of life, aqueous extract water is a source of instant refreshment as well as insta-worthy posts. Aqueous extract water is especially beneficial because the fresh ingredients and herbs boost the goodness of water all the more. Especially for some of us, who do not like the tasteless plain water, aqueous water serves a refreshing rescue. Scientifically known as “Aqueous solutions”, the brewed concoctions leach out certain phytochemicals present in the herbs. For example, tea leaves in cold water versus brewing tea. From flower petals and fruits to herbs and seeds, there is a wide array of ingredients that can power up both look and feel of your water. These concoctions are very effective as a quick fix to many day-to-day health issues. In fact, many provide instant relief in certain health conditions such as indigestion, constipation, PMS, etc. While some of these ingredients offer anti-inflammatory properties, others come loaded with antioxidants and fiber. These concoctions not just keep you hydrated, these also help you give up sugary soda and other caffeinated and high-sugar beverages.
