Be Active , All Day : 21 Health Swaps For A Healthy 2021

Hi Everyone,

Back with another health swap.

Instead of sitting all day, especially during work hours, get up, walk about, stretch and generally.. just be active throughout the day.

Sitting is literally the new smoking- another silent killer.

Its great you workout in the morning or evening and devote that one hour to your activity, but you will find it more beneficial if you are active throughout the day.

Get up every 30 mins to walk around the house.

Take mobile calls while you pace around the house.

We generally have calls that range from 5 minutes to30 minutes on an average.

So why not take advantage of this and walk about. You can also sip water during this from time to time.

Stretch at your desk for five minutes- a full body stretch will be very refreshing

During the week, and this is for those who cannot workout everyday, try to go for a 20 minute walk, run, swim session, or play your favorite sport, atleast 3-4 times a week.

It doesnt have to be a tiring affair.

Just go have fun, make it something you actually look forward too and you'll notice within 2-3 weeks, your mind and body both feel tauter, fitter and fresher.

Cheers,

Lovneet
