Ingredients
- Spinach 50 g
- Arhar Dal (soaked) 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilli (chopped) ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt According to taste
- Water 1 ½ cup
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Red chilli Powder (optional) ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Garam Masala 1/8 tsp
Cooking
Instructions
- Pick, wash and chop the spinach finely.
- Add the soaked dal, spinach, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder and water in a pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook the dal on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Prepare baghar and mix in the dal.
- Serve hot.
