Ingredients
- Channa Dal (soaked) 1 tbsp
- Ghia 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt According to taste
- Water 1 cup
- Baghar
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Red chilli Powder (optional) ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Garam Masala 1/8 tsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tsp
Cooking
Instructions
- Peel, wash and soak the ghia.
- Pressure cook ghia, channa dal, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and water for 15 minutes.
- Prepare a baghar of cumin seeds and mix in dal.
- Add coriander leaves on the top.
- Serve hot.
