  • 1 Cup Coconut meat/flesh (soaked)
  • 1 Cup Water                                      
A cooking pan

Instructions
  • Drain the soaked coconut meat/flesh.
  • Blend the coconut flesh/meat with water until it attains a cream like consistency.
  • Strain the coconut milk.
  • Serve it immediately. You can also store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days.
