How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 1 medium size egg plant
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt According to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
  • Set oven to broil.
  • Rub eggplant with olive oil and with a fork, pieces whole all over it.
  • Broil for at 25 minutes until egg plant is soft and wrinkled .
  • Remove from oven and let it cool.
  • Peel off skin and discard it.
  • In a medium bowl, mash eggplant until pulpy.
  • Blend mashed eggplant, garlic, lemon juice, sesame seeds and salt until smooth.
  • Serve it.
