Eggplant Dip

How to
prepare?
Ingredients
1 medium size egg plant
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt According to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds
Cooking
Instructions
Set oven to broil.
Rub eggplant with olive oil and with a fork, pieces whole all over it.
Broil for at 25 minutes until egg plant is soft and wrinkled .
Remove from oven and let it cool.
Peel off skin and discard it.
In a medium bowl, mash eggplant until pulpy.
Blend mashed eggplant, garlic, lemon juice, sesame seeds and salt until smooth.
Serve it.
