How to prepare?

Onions and beetroot
Ingredients
  • ½ tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 medium size Beetroot (unpeeled)
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tsp Homemade butter
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • Salt According to taste

Instructions
  • Pressure cook the beetroot for 4 whistles.
  • In a mixie , churn the beetroot with water until smooth paste.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and stir continuously.
  • Add beetroot mixture, garlic paste, black pepper and salt; mix well and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
