How to
prepare?
Ingredients
2 cups Spinach (blanched)
1 tbsp Peanut oil
2 Green Chilli (chopped)
½ tsp Mustard seed
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp tur dal (boiled)
Salt According to taste
¼ tsp Black pepper
Cooking
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed and let them splutter.
Add onion and saute till translucent.
Add tomatoes, spinach and salt. Stir well and cook for 6 minutes.
Add tur daal and green chillies and cook it.
Add black pepper and mix well.
Serve hot.
