How to prepare?

Onions and beetroot
Ingredients
  • ½ cup hung curd
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp kasuri methi (crushed)
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp ajwain
  • 2 tsp Bengal gram flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt According to taste
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup onions (petals)
  • ¼ cup capsicum (cubed)
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper (cubed)
  • ¼ cup red bell peppers (cubes)
  • 100 gm Paneer (cubes)

Instructions
  • In hungcurd, add in all the spices along with salt.
  • Add onion petals, cubed capsicum, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and  paneer cubes.
  • Add 1 tsp of oil.
  • Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
  • To marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • After marination, insert the marinated paneer and vegetables into wooden skewers.
  • Roast it on a hot tawa  or tandoor.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
  • Serve paneer tikka immediately.
