Hungcurd Paneer Tikka

How to
prepare?
Ingredients
½ cup hung curd
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp kasuri methi (crushed)
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp ginger - garlic paste
¼ tsp ajwain
2 tsp Bengal gram flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt According to taste
3 tsp olive oil
¼ cup onions (petals)
¼ cup capsicum (cubed)
¼ cup yellow bell pepper (cubed)
¼ cup red bell peppers (cubes)
100 gm Paneer (cubes)
Cooking
Instructions
In hungcurd, add in all the spices along with salt.
Add onion petals, cubed capsicum, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and paneer cubes.
Add 1 tsp of oil.
Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
To marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After marination, insert the marinated paneer and vegetables into wooden skewers.
Roast it on a hot tawa or tandoor.
Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
Serve paneer tikka immediately.
