How to prepare?

Onions and beetroot
Ingredients
  • 6 Kairis ( Unripe Mango) (juice and pulp)
  • 1 tsp Jeera 
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds 
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper 
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 3 Cloves
  • 5 Curry Leaves
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • ½ tsp Jaggery
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt According to Taste
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions
  • Heat oil in a pan and add jeera, mustard seeds, black pepper, cardamom, clove, curry leaves, dry red chilli and cook for 1 min.
  • Add unripe mango Juice and the pulp in the pan.
  • Stir well.
  • Add other ingredients and a cup of water.
  • Cook till it comes to a boil. 
  • Serve Hot or Cold, as per your preference.
