How to prepare?

Onions and beetroot
Ingredients
  • Nutri-Nuggets (soaked)      6 chunks
  • Moong Dal (soaked)        2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder            ½ tsp
  • Salt                           According to taste
  • Water                             1 cup
  • Baghar
  • Ghee                                    1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds                     ¼  tsp
  • Onion (chopped)                    1 tsp
  • Tomato (chopped)                     1 tsp
  • Red chilli Powder (optional)  ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder              ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala                     1/8 tsp

Instructions
  • Pressure cook nutri nuggests, moong dal, turmeric, salt and water for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare onion tomato baghar.
  • Add baghar to the dal.
  • Serve hot.
