Moong Dal With Nutri Nuggets
Ingredients
- Nutri-Nuggets (soaked) 6 chunks
- Moong Dal (soaked) 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt According to taste
- Water 1 cup
- Baghar
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds ¼ tsp
- Onion (chopped) 1 tsp
- Tomato (chopped) 1 tsp
- Red chilli Powder (optional) ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Garam Masala 1/8 tsp
Cooking
Instructions
- Pressure cook nutri nuggests, moong dal, turmeric, salt and water for 10 minutes.
- Prepare onion tomato baghar.
- Add baghar to the dal.
- Serve hot.
