How to prepare?

Onions and beetroot
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Potato peel (washed and cut into slices)
  • 1 tbsp Bengal gram flour
  • Salt According to taste
  • A pinch of Black pepper 
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ghee for frying

Instructions
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except ghee. 
  • In a kadhai, add ghee and let it come on the high temperature for frying.
  • Start putting potato peel mixture in kadhai until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot.
