Ingredients
1 tbsp Ragi flour
1 tbsp Beetroot (grated)
Water accordingly
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead properly.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Knead it once more, then flatten and roll using dry flour.
Cook the paratha and apply ghee on it.
