How to prepare?

Onions and beetroot
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Rajmah (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 tbsp Bengal gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped onions
  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves (Chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee for frying

Instructions
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except ghee.
  • Knead well to form stiff dough. 
  • Make 4 balls and gently flatten them with your palm.
  • Fry till it browns lightly on both sides
