How to prepare?

Onions and beetroot
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sprouts (cooked)
  • 1 tsp onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tsp butter (homemade)
  • Salt According to taste
  • A pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp green chutney
  • 2 slices of wholegrain bread

Instructions
  • In a bowl, mix sprouts, onion, tomato, black pepper, salt and chutney.
  • On both the slices, add butter and sprouts mixture.
  • Cover with another slice.
